    Giá xăng E5 RON 92 tăng 990 đồng/lít, còn xăng RON 95 tăng 1.260 đồng/lít. Từ đầu năm đến nay, giá xăng tăng 20 lần, giảm 21 lần.

    Chiều 10/10, liên Bộ Tài chính, Bộ Công Thương thông báo thay đổi giá bán lẻ xăng dầu. Thời gian áp dụng bắt đầu từ 15h cùng ngày.

    Theo đó, cơ quan điều hành quyết định tăng 990 đồng/lít với xăng E5 RON 92 và tăng 1.260 đồng trên mỗi lít xăng RON 95. Sau điều chỉnh, giá bán lẻ tối đa với mặt hàng xăng E5 RON 92 là 19.840 đồng/lít và xăng RON 95 là 21.060 đồng/lít.

    Tương tự, giá dầu cũng được điều chỉnh tăng trong kỳ điều hành hôm nay. Cụ thể, giá dầu diesel tăng 1.100 đồng/lít, lên 18.500 đồng/lít; giá dầu hỏa tăng 1.140 đồng/lít, lên mức 18.790 đồng/lít; dầu mazut tăng lên 15.910 đồng/kg. Tại kỳ điều hành, liên Bộ vẫn duy trì không trích hay chi Quỹ bình ổn giá.

    Như vậy, giá xăng trong nước đã bật tăng chỉ sau một phiên giảm, hiện giá nhiên liệu này ở mức thấp nhất hơn 3 năm qua, tương đương thời điểm cuối tháng 6/2021. Từ đầu năm đến nay, giá xăng tăng 20 lần, giảm 21 lần; dầu diesel có 18 lần tăng và 21 lần giảm.

    Dư địa quỹ bình ổn giá xăng dầu của một số doanh nghiệp đầu mối vẫn ghi nhận mức dương lớn do nhiều kỳ điều hành gần đây không sử dụng quỹ. Số dư quỹ tính đến cuối quý II là 6.061 tỷ đồng, giảm 18 tỷ đồng so với quý liền trước và là quý giảm thứ 5 liên tục. So với cuối năm 2023, số dư quỹ này giảm gần 600 tỷ đồng.

    Trong đó, số dư quỹ tại Tập đoàn Xăng dầu Việt Nam (Petrolimex) – doanh nghiệp nắm một nửa thị phần bán lẻ xăng dầu trong nước – chiếm hơn một nửa, ở mức gần 3.079 tỷ đồng.

    Một số doanh nghiệp đầu mối, phân phối xăng dầu cũng ghi nhận số dư Quỹ bình ổn giá ở mức cao như Công ty TNHH MTV Dầu khí TPHCM (Saigon Petro) là 328 tỷ đồng, Công ty TNHH MTV Tổng Công ty Xăng dầu Quân đội (Mipec) là gần 300 tỷ đồng, Công ty cổ phần Thương mại dầu khí Đồng Tháp 460 tỷ đồng, số dư Quỹ của Tổng Công ty TM XNK Thanh Lễ là hơn 390 tỷ đồng, Công ty TNHH Thương mại và Dịch vụ tổng hợp Hòa Khánh là gần 165 tỷ đồng…

    Bitexco nói gì về hơn 15.700 tỷ đồng nhận từ bà Trương Mỹ Lan?

    Theo Bitexco, 15.712 tỷ đồng nhận từ bà Trương Mỹ Lan là quan hệ giao dịch dân sự khi chuyển nhượng dự án Tứ giác Bến Thành, không liên quan SCB nên đề nghị tòa không thu hồi.

    Ngày 10/10, phiên tòa xét xử bà Trương Mỹ Lan, 68 tuổi, Chủ tịch HĐQT Vạn Thịnh Phát, và 33 bị cáo tiếp tục với phần tranh luận của người có quyền lợi, nghĩa vụ liên quan và bị hại.

    Là người đầu tiên trình bày, luật sư bảo vệ quyền lợi cho Công ty Bitexco đề nghị HĐXX không thu hồi hơn 15.712 tỷ đồng mà tập đoàn đã nhận từ bà Lan.

    Trước đó, kết quả điều tra xác định, năm 2018, bà Lan và Tập đoàn Bitexco thỏa thuận chuyển nhượng Dự án khu Tứ giác Bến Thành (The Spirit of Sài Gòn) cho Tập đoàn Vạn Thịnh Phát với giá 22.000 tỷ đồng. Đến nay, bà Lan đã chuyển cho Bitexco 15.712 tỷ, hai bên chưa thực hiện thủ tục chuyển giao công ty. Do đó, cơ quan điều tra kiến nghị tòa xem xét thu hồi số tiền này.

    Quá trình điều tra, Bộ Công an đã phong tỏa, ngăn chặn nhiều tài khoản của Bitexco và công ty trong hệ sinh thái.

    Dự án này rộng 8.600 m2, đối diện chợ Bến Thành, quận 1 – là một trong những vị trí đắc địa nhất TP HCM với 4 mặt tiền đường Phạm Ngũ Lão – Calmette – Lê Thị Hồng Gấm – Phó Đức Chính.

    Trình bày tại tòa trong những ngày làm việc trước, đại diện Bitexco thừa nhận có nhận 15.712 tỷ đồng từ bà Lan để thực hiện dự án khu Tứ giác Bến Thành. Số tiền này mục đích để triển khai dự án, hiện đã hòa nhập vào dòng tiền hoạt động của tập đoàn. Cụ thể, Bitexco đã sử dụng thanh toán hoặc chuyển cho công ty con để hoàn trả các khoản chi phí phát sinh trong quá trình đầu tư xây dựng dự án, và một số dự án khác của tập đoàn.

    Còn bà Lan khai “có thỏa thuận miệng với chủ tịch của Bitexco” là sẽ tìm đối tác chuyển nhượng dự án với giá 22.000 tỷ đồng. Bị cáo đã nhiều lần chuyển cho doanh nghiệp này tổng cộng 7.000 tỷ, và nói với chủ tịch Bitexco rằng “nếu bán dự án cho ai thì phải hoàn trả số tiền này và 30% giá trị của 7.000 tỷ đồng”. Sau này bị cáo kiếm được đối tác Singapore để vào thực hiện dự án, nhưng khi họ đang chuẩn bị nguồn tiền thì bà bị bắt.

    Tại tòa hôm nay, luật sư của Bitexco nhắc lại quan điểm đã trình bày trước đó, rằng thỏa thuận của hai bên là giao dịch dân sự hợp pháp. Bitexco nhận tiền một cách hợp pháp và không biết có liên quan đến vụ án hay không. Số tiền 15.712 tỷ đồng đã hòa chung vào tiền của tập đoàn, không thể tách rời và doanh nghiệp đã thực hiện đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ về thuế.

    Phía Bitexco cũng cho rằng đã tìm hiểu và xác định “nguồn gốc số tiền trên không liên quan tới SCB cũng như phát hành trái phiếu”. Việc bà Lan bị bắt trong quá trình thực hiện hợp tác chuyển nhượng đã khiến công ty đang phải gánh chịu thiệt hại hơn 12.000 tỷ đồng.

    Từ đó, luật sư của Bitexco đề nghị tòa giải tỏa các lệnh phong tỏa, ngăn chặn nhiều tài khoản… để các công ty có điều kiện tiếp tục hoạt động, phát triển.

    Bà Trương Mỹ Lan không đồng ý Novaland trả 2.500 tỷ đồng bằng hiện vật

    Cũng trong buổi làm việc sáng nay, người bảo vệ quyền lợi của Công ty cổ phần đầu tư Tân Thành Long An (do bà Võ Thị Kim Khoa sở hữu) đề nghị tòa gỡ các lệnh kê biên, phong tỏa để họ tiếp tục thực hiện dự án Khu Công nghiệp và Khu dân Tân Thành Long An. Đối với yêu cầu của bà Lan về việc đề nghị trả 2.500 tỷ đồng còn thiếu khi chuyển nhượng dự án này, công ty đề nghị tòa cho thêm thời gian để trao đổi lại với bà Lan.

    Tuy nhiên, bà Lan tỏ ra bức xúc, lớn tiếng cho rằng dự án này đã bán cho Novaland. Nhưng trong suốt những ngày diễn ra phiên tòa, dù được HĐXX triệu tập để nêu ý kiến có hay không đồng ý trả khoản tiền trên cho bà, thì phía Novaland không trả lời.

    “Việc bị cáo chuyển nhượng dự án này cho Novaland là đã bị ép giá quá thấp. Đến nay, nếu họ vẫn không đồng ý trả số tiền trên thì tôi đề nghị HĐXX áp dụng các biện pháp theo quy định truy thu. Giờ tôi không có người nào đại diện để đàm phán gì nữa hết”, bà Lan nói.

    Dự án Khu Công nghiệp và Khu dân cư tại xã Tân Lập, huyện Thủ Thừa, tỉnh Long An do Công ty Tân Thành Long An làm chủ đầu tư với diện tích 1.800 ha. Bà Lan cho biết, dự án này trước đây đang phát triển rất tốt, toàn bộ là đất sạch với giá trị ban đầu là 45.000 tỷ đồng. Sau này, do phía Novaland năn nỉ mua và xin giảm giá nên bà đồng ý bán theo hiện trạng dự án với tổng giá trị 30.000 tỷ đồng. Novaland nhờ bà Võ Thị Kim Khoa là người đại diện đứng ra thực hiện giao dịch. Tuy nhiên, dự án sau đó bị thu hồi một phần nên hai bên thống nhất lại giá là 20.000 tỷ đồng, “dù lỗi là do phía Novaland không chịu triển khai dự án”.

    Cơ quan điều tra xác định, đến nay bà Khoa đã đặt cọc cho việc nhận chuyển nhượng dự án là 1.750 tỷ đồng và là chủ sở hữu Công ty Tân Thành Long An. Quá trình điều tra và xét xử, phía Công ty Tân Thành Long An có văn bản xin được tiếp tục thực hiện dự án, cam kết thực hiện nghĩa vụ chi trả 15.000 tỷ đồng trái phiếu cho các công ty của bà Lan (không liên quan đến vụ án đang xét xử). Đối với phần giá trị dư ra theo hợp đồng chuyển nhượng dự án, công ty của bà Khoa sẽ nộp để khắc phục hậu quả của vụ án cho bà Lan tại giai đoạn 2.

    Trước đề nghị của Công ty Tân Thành Long An là sẽ trả khoản nợ 2.500 tỷ đồng bằng tài sản hiện vật, bà Lan nói nhanh: “Tôi chỉ biết chuyển nhượng dự án cho Novaland chứ không biết bà Khoa nào hết. Tôi cần Novaland trả ngay bằng tiền mặt 2.500 tỷ đồng để khắc phục hậu quả cho người dân mua trái phiếu, chứ không muốn thanh toán bằng tài sản”.

    Chiều nay, phiên tòa sẽ tiếp tục với phần bảo vệ quyền lợi ích hợp pháp của các bên liên quan khác trong vụ án.

    Trong phạm vi vụ án đang xét xử, bà Lan và đồng phạm bị cáo buộc lừa đảo chiếm đoạt 30.000 tỷ đồng của 35.824 trái chủ thông qua hình thức phát hành trái phiếu; rửa tiền 445.768 tỷ đồng và vận chuyển trái phép 4,5 tỷ USD qua biên giới.

    Bà Lan bị VKS đề nghị tuyên phạt mức án chung thân cho cả 3 tội danh, buộc bồi thường toàn bộ thiệt hại vụ án; tiếp tục kê biên các bất động sản, tài sản có liên quan bị cáo để khắc phục hậu quả.

    Mạng 5G thương mại hóa đầu tiên Việt Nam dự kiến được Viettel công bố ngày 15/10, khi nhà mạng này kỷ niệm 20 năm thành lập. Tuy nhiên, nhiều người đã có thể sử dụng các gói cước trên hạ tầng mạng thế hệ mới.

    Trần Đức (TP HCM) cho biết anh thấy quảng cáo về mạng 5G từ cuối tháng 9 nhưng “không tin”, vì kế hoạch thương mại hóa 5G đã kéo dài nhiều năm song chưa được triển khai. Khi đến cửa hàng của nhà mạng tuần này, nhân viên xác nhận “đã có thể đăng ký”, gói cước thấp nhất là 135.000 đồng dành cho thuê bao trả trước.

    “Sau khi đăng ký, mỗi khi đến khu vực có sóng, điện thoại lập tức chuyển sang 5G”, anh Đức cho biết. Ứng dụng nhà mạng cũng hiển thị dung lượng còn lại giảm dần, thay vì sử dụng thoải mái như trong một số đợt thử nghiệm miễn phí trước đây.

    Thực tế từ đầu tháng 10, các gói cước 5G cho thuê bao trả trước đã được công khai trên một số website bán hàng của Viettel. Đến ngày 10/10, nhà mạng tiếp tục đưa ra gói cho thuê bao trả sau.

    Cuối tuần qua, nhiều người phản ánh điện thoại của họ bất ngờ hiển thị sóng 5G khi đi qua một số khu vực ở nhiều tỉnh thành như TP HCM, Hà Nội, Thái Bình, Nam Định…, nhưng hiện không còn bắt gặp. Sau khi đăng ký gói cước, sóng 5G mới xuất hiện trở lại.

    Đại diện Viettel Telecom chưa đưa ra bình luận. Trước đó, nhà mạng cũng công bố hệ gói Nine từ 200.000 đến 2.000.000 đồng, “ưu tiên trải nghiệm tốc độ 5G sớm” cho người đăng ký.

     

    Do vẫn đang trong quá trình hoàn thiện và chưa triển khai chính thức, việc đăng ký còn gặp một số khó khăn. Minh Thành (TP HCM) cho biết đang sử dụng một sim khác mua gói 4G theo năm nên chưa được hỗ trợ chuyển sang 5G. Ứng dụng của nhà mạng cũng chưa hiển thị dịch vụ, người dùng phải đăng ký qua tin nhắn, mã USSD hoặc gọi tổng đài.

    Ngoài ra, người dùng cũng cần cân nhắc khi chuyển sang 5G vì chưa rõ khu vực đang sống có phủ sóng hay chưa.

    Công nghệ 5G bắt đầu được triển khai thương mại trên thế giới cách đây 5 năm, mở ra kỷ nguyên siêu kết nối, cung cấp sức mạnh cho Internet vạn vật (IoT) và thúc đẩy các mô hình đòi hỏi tốc độ cao. Tại Trung Quốc, 5G đã được ứng dụng trong nhiều lĩnh vực như sản xuất, khai thác, lưới điện, cảng và chăm sóc sức khỏe. Trong khi đó, ở nhiều quốc gia khác, 5G vẫn trong giai đoạn thử nghiệm.

    Đối với người dùng phổ thông, sự khác biệt lớn nhất của công nghệ 5G là tốc độ tối đa ở điều kiện lý tưởng đạt 10 Gbps. Trong thực tế, kết nối này có thể đạt 1 Gbps, nhanh gấp 10 lần so với mức 100 Mbps của 4G, đem đến trải nghiệm làm việc, học tập, giải trí trực tuyến nhanh chóng. Ngoài ra, lợi thế của mạng thế hệ mới là độ trễ siêu thấp và khả năng hỗ trợ số lượng lớn thiết bị, thúc đẩy nhiều ứng dụng như xe tự hành, điều khiển từ xa thiết bị phẫu thuật, trải nghiệm thực tế ảo và thực tế tăng cường… Tuy nhiên, do sử dụng tần số lớn, trạm 5G có độ phủ nhỏ hơn, buộc các nhà mạng phải triển khai số lượng trạm nhiều hơn so với 4G.

    Để sử dụng, ngoài đăng ký gói cước, người dùng cần có thiết bị với công nghệ mạng thế hệ mới. Các điện thoại cao cấp từ iPhone 12, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold2 trở về sau đã hỗ trợ 5G. Nhiều mẫu Android tầm trung và giá rẻ ra mắt khoảng 2-3 năm gần đây cũng đã trang bị kết nối này.
